Russia is simply trying to exploit the US Trump/#GOP political situ to erode support for #Ukraine at this critical juncture by blaming an #ISIS attack on #UA.
No way Ukraine'd do some horrible thing like #CrocusCityHall attack, ruin their rep & lose the good will & sympathy of the world.
No way they'd do it anyway, regardless. They are not nor are they run by beasts like Putin & his regime.
Of course Putin lies, but it’s terribly convenient for him to do so while trying to win over the Muscovites. Or maybe there is more he did… but we will never know.
