mozz, Some YouTube channel said that it would take about 300,000 troops to realistically take Kharkiv, and they'd committed something like 30,000. It said without further explanation that "analysts" had guessed that it might be a feint to draw forces away from the real attack, in the east, but who knows. It might just be a doomed and pointless endeavor which was fated to penetrate a little into Ukraine and then get pushed back to the border without accomplishing anything, other than creating some corpses.
