Where possible, having people out of Ukraine who fled the fighting work on them might make sense.

  • No language problems with the equipment being manufactured. I recall this being a problem with some equipment that was sent in earlier.

  • Motivated.

  • The work will probably be around for the duration of the war. The people will be looking for work for the duration of the war. Otherwise, there are going to be layoffs on the employer side and people quitting on the employee side at the end of the war.

  • At the end of the war, my guess is that Ukraine will likely want to shift (probably lower scale) production back into Ukraine. A number of people are going to want to shift back to Ukraine, and already have the right to live and work in Ukraine.
