Turkiye supposedly actually deployed a system like this (the Roketsan Alka) in Libya in 2019, shooting down some Chinese-made drones. I don't know enough to evaluate the limited information about it, but Turkiye does have a pretty substantial arms industry and plenty of expertise on drones
