A post on lemmy.world, when viewed via another instance, is outdated. What's going on?

When I view https://lemmy.world/post/801298, I see (what I think to be) the most up-to-date version of that post in the !wefwef community. However, when I view the same post from my account on programming.dev, the thread is way outdated: https://programming.dev/post/292745. What's going on? This is very frustrating. It seems like the edits to the post on lemmy.world didn't propagate to programming.dev instance? It's been a full day.
