My true friends are all broken and I talk out of my ass, recently started to say explicit “I’m maniac (I don’t distinguish hypomania in this case)” when I’m not good, so they know that I will get pissed easily, specially if we are gaming. I’m immeasurably lucky that I have a close group of friends I god in the university that we can be very open and nobody will judge you (only in political views but they deserve)
