Torn meniscus, forgot my mouth guard, and forgot my slides, but by "Bob" I put in work at open mat this morning. Tried to keep it light so I don't aggravate my injuries before I go to #brazil at the end of the month. Also didn't jump in with the #mma team due to no mouth guard but it was probably safer for my knee not to.
