Definitely. It’s going to take sharply increasing the rate of wind, solar, and storage build-out in order to force large-scale decommissioning of gas-burning power plants in the same way we achieved with coal.
Love how nuclear is a great base load source of energy for day to day fluctuations, but also when viewed from a timeline of decades. Good ol reliable nuclear.
