Reincarnation trap and what happens after body death

The following information is according to Isabella Greene, a Near Death Experiencer (NDE), astral traveler, afterlife researcher, quantum traveler, yoga and meditations practitioner and spiritual seeker:

After body death, the soul leaves the body and roams in the earthy/astral plane, it can see/hear/observe what's happening around, even better without a body. The speaker interacts with souls after body death, she says, the ones in the human world and afterlife use words (mostly short phrases), whereas higher beings directly communicate concepts. After body death souls are met by beings (religious gods, loved ones, etc) and in places (garden, heaven like, etc) which we believe in, it's all projection/hologram by extraterrestrials [the grays, according to Wes Penre Papers] incharge of the reincarnation cycle.

Those who have done evil deeds (bad karma) are sent by the extraterrestrials to the simulation of hell, which is more chaotic and grim than Earth, although after sometime, they are convinced by the extraterrestrial incharges of astral plane (afterlife dimension) that now it's time for the soul to go back to earth to live a painful life to face the bad karma of their past life.

Generally, souls take about 3 years of resting time between two incarnations, in the astral plane.

Astral travel is based on speed; the soul will hit the shell of the astral plane which is isolated from the VOID by the technology of the reincarnation matrix, if wanting to go out of it.

Quantum travel: traveling instantaneously, unlike astral; breadth work required to awaken kundalini, not gentle, shakes the body, able to bypass astral plane, can go anywhere the soul wishes, also in VOID.

The speaker knows only 3 people who went in VOID during their near death experience, others astral traveled only. VOID is the all encompassing information field of pure, neutral awareness (god). Visiting the VOID answers any question one has in his mind because it is the quantum field of information.

To be able to quantum travel and escape reincarnation cycle: avoid the tunnel of light (set to send the soul back in the cycle of reincarnation), practice mid sleep night time meditation technique to awaken the pineal gland and kundalini energy, proposed in 2014 by Dr. Joe Dispenza, and quantum travel to the VOID after body death.

Now the author doesn’t need the guided meditation, but practices Dr. Dispenza’s breathwork- cosmic cobra breath or tantric kriya kundalini pranayama, proposed by Mahavatar Babaji, who also revived the technique of kriya yoga.
