Export a ton of oil? Are you thinking of Norway?

Finland doesn’t have any oil and Denmark is only the 40th largest exporter of oil.

Oh, y’know what, I’m half misinformed, they do for the record export a ton of oil (refined petroleum is their #1 export but I believe they don’t actually produce the crude, it looks like they import crude and export refined oil and products, which you could make a decent case could be a carbon neutral process.
