You can see the moderator list on the right-hand side of the magazine listing. In this case, it's u/ExtraterrestrialSent. You should message the moderator directly.

Also, it's quite disrespectful to call it a "bullshit placeholder". Someone making a magazine for their interest, especially as this is the only magazine the user has made, isn't malicious.
