True. Was meaning to talk about the spam that affected Mastodon servers.
It was only a matter of time someone used those guppe groups to spam users. Tea and Mastodonindians were the only ones I was subbed to. Had used Mastodonindians initially for my bots but removed it later.
@georg@jens I mention Rebased here, not Pleroma. Please have a look at the link I shared above - Pleroma does not have that file in their MRF folder i.e. anti_mention_spam_policy.ex.
because of the good spam-fighting work other admins on Mastodon instances.
Not taking anything away from the hard work they put and the headache it must've been but that list (which was floating around) was of no use to me - I did not even need to use it.
