Think it’s just a WindowBlinds skin I used to use a similar one on Win7 a few years back.

Honestly if I someone ported this to KDE I’d totally use it!

I would give so much to see this actually return to Windows 10. This era of themes was legitimately the best ever. The return to bland, opaque square borders is nice for performance, but I really want some semi-transparent glass effects once again.
