One in the Chamber: Reduced bonus damage from 300% to 10% in PvE only.

Damn now I actually need to use mor skills than Mark>Steal Time > Throwing Dagger to kill regular mobs

Looks like some of the patch notes are copied from previous update, the herald and druid changes have already been live for a while?

No - these herald and druid changes are new. These are numbers changes to the changes they already made in the last patch.

Specifically, for herald and druid, they’re both getting greater durations of their respective offensive boon among other things.

I could have sworn that herald quickness was pulsing every second for the last few days though. Well, a good change anyway, although I didn't have as much issue maintaining quickness even before today, I kinda like the new qdps herald tbh.

edit: ok herald be wack yo. 600 range feels so good
