By Mixtape Rapper I just mean a rapper with a prolific mixtape discography. They don’t have to have only released mixtapes, or even mostly mixtapes. Just a lot of mixtapes, or just a few but their mixtapes are notably better/different from their album work.

I’m not asking about your “mumble crappers” or whatever annoying people call them now. I’m talking about the verses your friend puts on for you and you think it’s a joke....

Drake definitely wins if he had Kendrick rapping about stuff he was fed, but for whatever reason I don’t even believe him. Even his talking at the end sounded like he was trying to act.

Wanted to try somebody a little bit older this time. With 5 consecutive #1 albums on the Billboard Charts between 1998 and 2003, DMX was absolutely enormous in the late 90s. While the language in some of his songs hasn’t aged great, there is no denying that he was an absolute phenomenon and a legend in the game....
