Started processing images from my trip to #Indonesia. Lots of high-contrast scenes, under-exposed to protect the highlights. It takes a bit to get used to, learning to trust the histogram when the images look so dark on playback.
To keep the sky from blowing out, this shot was nearly a silhouette out of the camera. After processing there's actually a nice bit of detail in the #macaque's face
