The #Observable Framework is a new #JavaScript library for building dashboards. It looks super awesome!
Here are the key features:

A small off-topic question: what is the logic in the first plot that defines which lines is drawn on top of the other one? It is quite an interesting plot that I like to create in R but need to know the logic
