Oof, kind of hard to generalize, since they really come in so many styles. The most basic ones… well, like a cow. But you get used to it. Just don’t expect to make a quick turn 😂
There’s also a trend for much shorter ones with smaller wheels, those ride really nice and nimble but the small tyres make your pedal much more (which isn’t that bad with an ebike), e.g. www.yoonitbikes.com/yoonit-electric
You really need to ride a few and see what’s your preference.
