#Microsoft has talked before about SaaS. It's probably better suited for businesses, but it's a great excuse to turn the whole platform into a subscription machine.
@AAKL@verge@tomwarren Also would be some jerks dream for a DDOS target just for laughs. Or as a combo ransomware. But beyond that not everyone likes sub models and not everyone has the internet bandwidth to run it decently.
