Hearing on WE Energies Rate Hike for 2024 (Oct 9th)
There is a public hearing on Monday, Oct. 9 (2 p.m. or 6 p.m.) at Clinton Rose Senior Center if you want to voice your opinion of WE Energies' 2024 $86 million rate increase on electricity and $22.2 million / $23.9 million rate increase on gas. WEC’s (a state-mandated monopoly / publicly traded company) Wisconsin Utilities reported $758 million in profit in 2022.
