I believe these images speak for themselves in drawing parallels between past and current revolutionary struggles and the depiction of the Wolverines in the movie.

• The Cuban colonel realizes the actions of the Soviet/Cuban alliance are fueling a guerilla resistance amongst the populace. Throughout the movie, the once-revolutionary colonel is shown in an honorable and noble light.
