@etherdiver Hm, the album has a very high contrast between happy and very dark ambient music. I think the highest would be between the tracks "joy" and "anxiety". Those two are my favourites so far.
@ravetracer_22 I ended up lisytening to the whole thing since I had a little extra time, so no worries. Post will go up early tomorrow am, and I will post a link here once I am up and about, then post a digest version directly to Mastodon later in the day.

@redmaker Do you want to pick out ~15 mins worth for me to listen to? Or I can pick, but I may not pick the "right" tracks that you feel represent the material at its best.
@etherdiver It's kinda hard for me since my preferred style / genre is basically "all over the place". :D
So far a lot of people seem to like track 10 ("At The Shores Of The Nameless Sea"), a track I'm personally really proud of (how it turned out) is 4 ("Swallow It Up"). And the most special one to myself is probably 15, "For Dad", simply cause I blame him for my love for synthesizers in the first place - and he would've loved that track, if he'd be still around. That should do for a start?
@etherdiver Much appreciated that you ask btw, but there is really no "right" or "wrong" with this one. I try to keep things unique, and the tracks that ended up on the album (had WAY more material) where chooses cause I felt like they represent a good, diverse mix of styles / emotions I wanted to have represented on that record in the end. Anyway - thanks for giving it a spin! Hope you get to enjoy it!
@puffer I'm looking at this Ulrike Mod album... for 15 mins to base my reactions in, should I just do the first 4 songs? Or do you want to hand select me 15 mins worth?
