I’m planning to open a new chequing account in the near future, and I’m contemplating bailing on RBC. I’ve been with them for a very long time, and one possible outcome is that I’ll just open a new RBC account and be done with it. That’d be… fine....

Since to my knowledge, WS trade doesn’t allow Norbert’s gambit and has a 1.5% forex fee, then does that leave Questrade as my best option to convert $USD to $CAD? I’d only use that account to exchange and then withdraw.
I have shares in Computershare that are no longer restricted (I can sell), however they are listed as 423b Subject to disqualification.
