Rare spotless giraffe born at Tennessee zoo
Story, August 22, 2023.
Spliffman1, Once at a safari park in England I tried to pass a leaf to a giraffe when I was a kid. I didn’t realize how long and how fast their tongues are. When he whipped out his tongue to grab the leaf it brushed along my hand… Their tongues are like coarse sandpaper. Guess what? I never forgot that experience.
