What’s it called when irony sucks its own dick like an ironic ourobouros?
We should insist that the bill be referred exclusively by the name assigned at it’s conception, the “Fuck With Trans People to Score Political Points with Narrow-minded Bigots” act.
Exactly, or in other words, “Don’t be a dick.”. I can’t find the attribution on that one though.
Personally, I don’t even think this is the right cultural strategy for gender disphoria. I think that softening and challenging gender norms and expectations is the better strategy in the long term. “Him” and “Her” are just noises without the mass of cultural bullshit expectations. But if someone wants to be referred to as a “him” or a “her”, it’s not my place to question it, and I’m certainly not going to be offended by it
I wonder what nut job came up with the idea that God would expel them from heaven and send them to eternal torment for calling a trans person by their preferred gender?
And I wonder where the intelligent compassionate person is that could get into the midst of all of the straighten it out?
