This Firefox extension should be part of Firefox and do more and confine all sites, but it's a start https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/feedback/addon/@testpilot-containers/ You can set it to confine Facebook so, Facebook can only "see" what you do in Facebook and not what do you search somewhere else, for example.
