I would have never guessed that SciPy has graph algorithms but the
scipy.sparse.csgraphmodule is full of them (connected components, Dijkstra, max flow, etc.): https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/sparse.csgraph.html#module-scipy.sparse.csgraph
