@stevensanderson in which country are you releasing it? Anything I have tried to import from outside India, it just costs a lot (relative to Indian currency).
Also, I would love to see you convert the book into some Udemy course. My preferred way of learning is through videos. Does something like this exist or are you planning for it?

"our books are released internationally, including in India, and are distributed through over 45 channels. Examples include Amazon, O'Reilly, Barnes and Noble, Safari, Packt and more.
We have Print-on-Demand vendor who prints copies."
