@nixCraft I always feel so old when commands that I’ve been using for decades get deprecated, and it gets hard learning to remember the new ones.

I had a user today call up saying their connection to the VPN was spotty. I asked how they were connecting, it was via a 4g SIM. "It's probably a bad signal" I tell them. "no, my colleague down the road doesn't have the same problem"
"They probably have better signal?"
"No, that can't be it. Can you log it?" 🤷🏻‍♂️

They called back an hour later, "you fixed it, thanks!" I didn't do anything...
"You still at that job?"
"No, I'm in another town" 🤦🏻‍♂️
