Yeah it runs great. I downloaded the exe, loaded it into steam, and it just werks.
If you like exploration and stuff then it's great. Lots of nice vistas and quests with lore. If you were in the guilded back in the day I might have added you as a friend lol, I have some guys from back then on there and I have no idea who they are.

significantly. I literally can't name a single update in the past year or so where the exploration and story content hasn't improved itself. There's some sucky generic boring nothing content at the beginning of the game, but if you can get through that- Genshin is unironically one of the few examples of decent Chink writing at work
@grey@nozaki also if you have any questions about it both nozaki and myself are quite autistic about the game, and i do recommend asking some advice because you really can ruin the game for yourself if you dont understand some of the team-building basics going into it. (a well put together team feels amazing to play, even with subpar or bad units, but a poorly thought out team with 'meta' units feels like dogshit)
@mischievoustomato@nozaki@grey she talks less later, though not by much. characters frequently tell her to shut the fuck up and/or stop asking stupid questions. so the devs know a lot of people find her insufferably annoying
