Congratulations to the current Polish government for adressing the growing housing market crisis by pulling out a 22 billion PLN rabbit out of a wizard's hat to "financially support" residental developers and banks instead of building state-owned communal housing providing cheap rent for people afflicted with said crisis.
We're inevitably reaching the point of no return to yet another 2008 crisis.

Ekhm… I mean the developer and financial class surely are in dire need of this money, otherwise the all knowing market would allocate this sum differently, right? 🙃
