@prettygood Idk how that applies. All I know is that housing should not be viewed as an investment item, it should be a widespread commodity, it should be easy to access and afford. It's the baseline by which wealth can be generated for individuals---if you're homeless, if it's virtually impossible to lock down good, secure property with which you can start amassing wealth and/or building roots, if the majority of your paycheck goes towards paying rent...you're not going to get anywhere.
