jk, i gave up caffeine completely two months ago. it was pretty easy after i got past a couple of days of constant low-level flu-like headache. over the subsequent 71 days i've noticed the following results:
- slightly less energy
- slightly less ability to concentrate
- slightly less desire to do things
the only reason i've stuck with it this long is that it seemed like an achievement that i didn't want to ruin, but to be honest, i should probably just start drinking coffee again at some point
