Duke himself will quip plentifully and make various references to pop culture.I'll point out ESRB's M rating which includes strong sexual content. It is suggestive without actually being pornographic.
I recommend the Atomic Edition over the 20th Anniversary incidentally (not that those extra levels are bad).
