I consistently have a lack of anaerobic load in my Garmin training load. I did a track run today trying to work on intense intervals. I’ve read cotton absorbs sweat, whereas polyester repels it, so if I run I should get polyester underwear....

I have been working on my 5k time, and today I ran at near race intensity to see where i was at. My watch has been estimating my 5k time to be around 31 minutes. Well today I ran it under 28. I go see what it had to say about this, and it drops its estimation to 30:30. “Ok bruh, I see what you’re about now.”, I say to it....

I hate wearing sports bras when I’m running because of the tightness around my chest. I’m starting to get used to running without a bra, but what I’m having trouble with is understanding what the long term impacts are?...
