Looks like it may be a general purpose Bluetooth scanner, I’m sure it can’t actually connect.

If you mean making the airtags beep by “connect” then yeah, it can. It can’t link to an icloud account though.

It’s AirGuard, it lets you ping AirTags and some other cool features, it’s always a good app to have.
