“undisputed king of the planets”? They know there’s more solar systems out there, right? I don’t know about any kingship, maybe chairman of our local council or something?
Other kingdoms have other kings. Nonetheless it's only a bit of hyperbole.
And if this turns out to be a chess analogy, Jupiter being the king kind of fits if the Sun's the queen leading the charge through the galaxy. Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are rooks maybe, and the four inner planets are bishops and knights. (Extra rook because Sun makes nine.)
