So I said to myself the other day let me google around for how to to try it out. Hillarously the same day I did? and tried to sign up to a bunch of random ones. I think beehaw might have been one. kbin was having almost nonstop cloudflare errors. I went oooh nooo, I'm trying this out about the same time all kinds of uspet redditors are here? this isn't going to go well, is it. And sure enough: someone was a dick on beehaw, pookie and tod on shitjustworks were trolling, some karens on mastodon were...karen something about can't find their usual reddit subs. Though in those particular cases I have no idea if they tried more general topics.
I've found servers about general topics I'm into. Anime being one of the bigger ones.
Well fair enough casual users like me being basically getting caught in the crossfire of reddit drama. is just unfortinate?
