Everyone seems to think the Depths are scary but I find it oddly peaceful, just running around and collecting poes

The map is so huge. I always think I'm loosing my time when in the depths. I'm currently trying to gather stuff to improve my armors and there's quite nothing in the depths

Yeah if you're looking for overworld materials it's not a good place but it's the best place to find weapons to me.

At the beginning it was scary, but once I had collected plenty of brightblooms and had upgraded stamina I found it so much easier.

For me it's the oppressive darkness. I like to know where im walking, and not have to worry about where my brightbloom seed is or whether a baby frox can eat it. Once I find a lightroot it's fine that I can see everything, but up until that point where a lynel or a silver moblin can be around the corner and you can't see it, and you can't see how to run away, I'm too scared towalk around.

Hence my fancycle + brightbloom is my favorite tool to get around.
