Nope, try again. Joint legal custody is the default, which requires both parents to consent to any medical procedure for the child. No one's targeting gender-affirming medical procedures specifically, you're just looking to carve it out.

One parent should not be able to kibosh gender-affirming care a child seeks especially if another parent does consent.

Also they are totally trying to target gender affirming care, in state after fucking state. Which is what makes laws like these necessary.
