To pair with yesterday’s Lisa 2, today’s is the Apple Cluster Controller — one of the most obscure Lisa-era accessories.

It was used to connect up to 7 Lisa or Macintosh systems (or their printers) to an IBM 3270 mainframe.

Due to Apple’s relative low market penetration with the types of corporations that would own such a mainframe, it wasn’t a compelling product and very few are out there.
