Nope. It hasn’t been decided yet. The court ordered that Tesla is allowed to collect the license plates them selves from the manufacturer. It is a temporary order for the duration of the hearings.
As Johandea wrote it it’s a temporary “work around” that has been put in place during the time the case will be decided upon. The workers in question (union members within the postal services, and all others) are still on strike.
I have a hard time seeing that they will ever win over the unions in court and that the court will deem the strike illegal and force unions that are on strike to revoke it.
As said, (sorry but I miss wrote “protest”) the right to strike is defended by law.

The strike is from postal services not delivering license plates so Tesla sued for the right to send a dude to collect them personally from the transport agency.
I guess a local stooge from Tesla HQ has to put the plates into his trunk and hand deliver them to each Tesla.
Teala did not win, yet anyway. Tingsrätten (the lowest judicial instance) ordered Transportstyrelsen to give out the plates until the matter is resolved in court.

On a connected but separate note, either collective bargaining is a right in Sweden guaranteed by law, or it's a tradition that "pretty much everyone follows", if it's the latter, an organ of the state such as the postal service cannot legally discriminate to whom they deliver mail, as it's traditionally one of the bedrock services a state offers. I see Tesla winning this suit pretty handily, which does not bode well for the Swedish model of sympathetic striking.
I agree that Musk is a capital-C Cunt, but you have no right to compare him with Palestinian civilians who are caught in a crossfire in a war between two terroristic organisations, as if they are somehow the bad guys for wanting to survive.

LOL there really are some situations in which it doesn’t matter how rich you are, and this is one of them. Sweden will make Musk bow down to reason, or else he’ll close operations entirely in the country.
