practitioners: Who are your favourite teachers to follow online? Mimi Kuo-Deemer is definitely my number one, but I have also really been enjoying Nick Lofree's practices, and Lee Holden too.

Hello,
I sent a donation to the Shaolin temple Germany. They do good courses, newsletters etc
I learned Ba Duan Jin their way. It's a very physical version and good for breathwork and good for my back pain

If you suffer respiration issues , and I do, I would recommend this to anyone.
It also cured my recurrent back pain.
I am not one for magic cures but I did some online learning during covid and I find this works. Also it really is a fine example of Ba Duan Jin.

Enjoy.
