I emailed Kobo support wrt my recent purchase of their "Libra Colour"

I am writing because the device does not seem to recognize audio books loaded into its storage via USB. Is there a method for getting the Kobo to ingest and play DRM-free audio, or is the Kobo ?

I am obviously hoping the hashtag doesn't apply.
