For the cherry on the cake, Fyo took the overall Best In Show award at the #Greenfield #GreenfieldDogClub #DogShow this afternoon! Fyo went to his 2nd training class on Tuesday night and was able to show off how well he'd progressed from having no response to signals at all to being able to sit, albeit still treat-motivated. He did really well through the slalom for the first time, and his gate approach and exit were almost perfect! 😍 We're working very well on 'down' this week!

It's not raining! I'm sure someone in authority will be along soon to remedy the situation. For now though, Fyo and I have been on a brisk 5km walk to local woodland before him having his tea and snoozing off the exercise.

Fyo's going to school! We decided we need help with training a deaf dog, so I took him for an assessment at a very well-respected local training school. The lady identified he's deaf from his behaviour before I even mentioned it but has trained deaf dogs before. We start next week on Tuesday evening. We can't wait! 🐶
