We finally completed moving house. The place is going to be chaos for the foreseeable future but we've got everything here.

And the fatigue of a month of physical and mental labour has hit us. We're so tired it's not even funny. It's interesting how you can keep going and not realise how much effort you are making, until the pressure is off and the crash comes.

We're fine. Just need to take it a little slow for a bit.

To others , we salute you siblings in fatigue.

One of the benefits of having a new house is that I get to register with the NSPKU charity all over again! 🥰

Moving out of our central London leased apartment to our very first home in the suburbs next week. Saying goodbye to this lovely neighborhood where we had the most wonderful 2 years 😢

It's funny how big my house looks when there is nothing in it... :ablobderpy:

Also, for those who are in the UK, can I suggest getting a 5G router?

You can get one from Three for £20/mo for 24 months or £25/mo for one month contract. The only problem is Three themselves...

If you have the money, I suggest getting this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C8ZQZVQY/ref=twister_B09JGWCJLY?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

It's basically the same thing as Three, but you are not tied to Three, and you are given a Smarty sim card for £20/mo (no contract).

Smarty are a network that uses Three, like how Giffgaff uses O2.

And we’re in the new house. Here’s a view of the still-wild back garden. It will not stay wild however—we’re hoping to be able to cultivate a moss lawn.

Better pic tomorrow, although I think this shot has its merits.

You know - the process of buying a house in the UK is so messed up I don't even know where to start.

So many people involved in the 'process' (and I use that terms very very lightly) all taking their fee but basically doing next to bugger all for it.

I'd say that 90% of the stress of moving house is caused by these people not doing their job or doing it badly.
