I recently joined an exercise programme called THRIVE run by The Exercise Clinic. I was referred to them by my oncologist at Royal Marsden to help with fatigue caused by my ongoing hormone therapy for prostate cancer. Part of the programme is to become more accountable about my exercise by logging it and reporting it. Today I went for a walk on part of the North Downs Way and the Surrey Hills.

Saturday is parkrun day. Joined the Nonsuch 5K Your Way crew and walked the course with a fellow Nordic Walker. Started in the rain, finished in the sun.

The post-walk egg & bacon muffin and coffee were excellent 😄
