@KimPerales Not a fan of confidential settlements, as it allows too much misconduct to be swept under the table.
I think that once a party has filed a lawsuit, thereby availing themselves of the judicial system, the public has an interest in knowing the outcome and there should be a presumption that all settlements are public record.
