The content you feed your brain does make a difference. Day 47 does sums it up, feed the soul. It's a little rough and tough these days with all that is going on. Multiple people have reminded me to be mindful, so maybe it's my turn to be the reminder. 💜

DAY 46 In everything you choose, you must first ask: but what will this do to my soul? Will it bring me closer to a heavenly state of being, or anchor me into the ache of this world? Will it make me more of the person I was meant to be, or will it distract me from the true work? Will it pay the bills, but bankrupt my being? Will it impress others, but disap- point the child inside me waiting to see what I do with my freedom? Will I arrive at the end of my life proud that I did this? Will I do this now, or will I wait until I am forced to make the decision I already know is right today? Will I spare myself the suffering? Will I have courage?

So I just did a thing. I have a friend who does health/fitness/life coaching. I met her online a number of years ago and we have kept in touch off and on through the years. I just "hired" her as an fitness/life coach for a few months. I trust her to work with me and help keep me on track for a few things I am working on. 2024 is a year of change while I wait for the guys to get back. Time to start thriving instead of just surviving.😈💜
