Allemaal over dieren: wat ze eten en waar ze wonen!
Als jullie Mauw de poes zijn, ben ik hier om jullie van alles te leren over dieren. Vandaag gaan we het hebben over wat dieren eten en waar ze wonen. Laten we meteen beginnen!
#BIJ1 zet zich in voor een samenleving waarin iedereen toegang heeft tot veilige en betaalbare woningen. Helaas lijkt het recht op #wonen steeds meer te worden verdrongen door het najagen van winst.
Dit blijkt uit het verontrustende feit dat volgens het #CBS begin 2023 maar liefst 219.000 panden in #Nederland leegstonden.
Om deze problematiek aan te pakken, zijn lokale afdelingen van BIJ1, in #Amsterdam, #Zaandam, #Rotterdam en #Groningen, de straat op gegaan. En hebben leegstaande plekken in de stad geclaimd, zoals de oude Nieyemer fabriek in Groningen.
BIJ1 wil het niet benutten van woningen verbieden en wil het #kraakverbod opheffen. We zullen leegstand actief moeten bestrijden, onder andere door middel van onteigening. Daarnaast voeren we zelfbewoningsplicht in.
#BIJ1 vindt dat het #kraakverbod moet worden opgeheven: kraken is een noodzaak om het recht op #wonen af te kunnen dwingen. Dit gebeurde bijvoorbeeld in 1975 in de Gliphoeve (Amsterdam Zuidoost) waar Zwarte activisten middels #kraken zorgden voor huisvesting voor de Surinaamse gemeenschap.
Iedereen die denkt dat arbeidsmigratie niet nodig is daag ik uit met een willekeurige manager P&O te gaan praten in een willekeurige sector. De schaarste aan mensen is algemeen, hoog en laag opgeleid. Ook voor functies die we met z'n allen vitaal vinden voor onze maatschappij en welbevinden. #mening#politiek
@ErikJonker Het is niet de vraag of we arbeidsmigranten nodig hebben. Het is de vraag waarom de nadelen steevast op de gewone burger afgewenteld worden. Ik kan je waslijst aan negatieve effecten noemen. Alsof diegene die overlast ervaren dit maar moeten accepteren zonder dat werkgevers of overheid er iets aan willen doen. Nog los van de uitbuiting van diezelfde arbeidsmigranten die aan de orde van de dag zijn. #lonen#wonen#eu strengere controle uitzendbureaus 2 jaar opgeschort.

Net zoals het minimum aan #socialewoningen per stad/gemeente ook niet zo hoog is. En steden die een plan opstellen om meer te doen (zodat bv de oudere woningen opgeknapt kunnen worden), mogen dat niet. Ik hoor ook weinig cijfers van wat het minimum aantal sociale woningen per gemeente moet zijn. You know, I’ve always had this deep love and connection to the sea and oceans. There’s just something about the vastness and beauty of the water that always draws me in. So, I started working on this painting with the intention of creating a representation of the ocean – you know, something wide and expansive.
But as I started painting, I got totally carried away and ended up creating something much more abstract and fluid than I had originally intended. The colors and shapes just flowed together in this really beautiful way, and I felt like I had captured something really special.
